"Does anyone know if the source for the famous "Internet Worm" is
available? I've read documents on the worm of all sorts, thouroughly
enjoyed all of them, but want to actually -see- the source code!"

Cornell published a detailed report on the incident and the code a
few years ago. ( A quick scan of my shelves did not reveal it, alas,
otherwise I'd be able to give more specific information. ) The docu-
-ment was quite thick and copiously detailed.

"I can't imagine -why- the source wouldn't be out there by now -- After
all, every bug exploited by the worm has been (I think) long since
 fixed."

Au contraire, mon ami ...
